Goldie Locks® Retail Policy

Retailing Goldie Locks® products is strictly permitted only within your salon or studio, through your affiliate link, or on your direct salon website. You are prohibited from selling our products to any third parties, including but not limited to platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, eBay, or any other outlets involving third-party apps, software, or websites. This also includes physical trade where prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in actions taken to preserve the integrity of our brand and the trust of our stylist community.


What Is The Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Policy?

The Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Program was created and intended for our active professional wholesale salons and stylists. All active stylists in the Goldie Locks® Pro wholesale program qualify for an affiliate link invitation after their first qualified purchase. To request a manual account activation request please contact hello@goldielocks.com.

Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Program was created to provide our professional community with retail protection and the ability to retain client purchase commissions, not to replace physical retail opportunities.

IMPORTANT PROGRAM DETAILS

Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Program is a rewarding privilege exclusively for our active wholesale professionals. We believe in supporting your success, and to maintain the benefits of your Pro Affiliate Account, we require regular account activity.

While we don't impose order minimums, we do require wholesale order account activity every 90 days to keep your affiliate commission privileges. This ensures the program benefits stay within our hairstylist community. In the event your account is inactive, you may forfeit your affiliate program.

Overdue Balance
In the event that a professional stylist's Goldie Locks® wholesale account has an overdue balance, any approved commissions will be forfeited. This forfeiture is a direct consequence of the outstanding balance and reflects a temporary suspension of commission earnings.

Upon settling the outstanding balance and bringing the account up to date, the professional stylist may be eligible to resume earning commissions. However, the reinstatement of commission-earning privileges will be subject to a Goldie Locks® good faith audit. This audit is conducted to assess the account's adherence to program guidelines and determine the continued eligibility of the affiliate in the program.

Goldie Locks® reserves the right to make changes and or updates to the affiliate program(s) at any time including but not limited to commission structure, incentives, and determine a retro-date payment for any client purchases made without your professional affiliate link within 30 days of purchase available to qualified purchases.

What is the Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate program?

The Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate program is an offering we provide to our current and active professional salon and stylist community. It is a way to balance out retail to ensure you never miss a sale again. While you earn more via in salon sales, the intention behind the affiliate program is to secure your commissions on sales that happen outside of your salon or studio in the event a client purchases on goldielocks.com any time of day or any day of the week.

How Does the Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate program work?

The Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Program gives you, the professional, a full access dashboard with digital assets, commission reports at a glance, as well as the ability to retain client information to ensure you receive lifetime commissions as long as you remain an active professional wholesale account with Goldie Locks®. You can access your affiliate dashboard in two ways: directly at https://affiliates.goldielocks.com/ or log in to your account at https://srp.goldielocks.com then in the menu click on Resources > Affiliate Dashboard.

What’s the difference between a Pro Affiliate and the Affiliate Team

The Pro Affiliate Program offers a higher commission rate, lifetime commissions (after you refer a customer with your link and/or code and they place an order, they become linked to your account in our system, so you will earn your commission anytime they place an order at goldielocks.com.

If you have a customer that placed an order but didn’t click your link or use your code then you can send an email to hello@goldielocks.com with your customer’s name, order number or email address, and we’ll retroactively assign your commission. You have 30 days after their purchase date to receive commission for their order.

The consumer Affiliate Team program offers a lower commission payment than our professional affiliates, and they do not receive lifetime commissions.

 

Do I get paid the same commission as if I carried Goldie Locks® in my salon?

No, your commissions will not take the lead in how much money you earn. You would still earn the best margins and revenue by carrying and selling Goldie Locks® products in your salon.

How do I qualify for a Pro Affiliate link?

All current and active Goldie Locks® salon's and stylist's qualify for the Pro Affiliate Program after they have made their first purchase. 


Does my Pro Affiliate link expire?

Your link has a 30-day cookie, meaning that when someone clicks your link they have 30-days to make a purchase in order for you to earn a commissions. If that same customer clicks on another affiliate link during those 30-days then the commission will be reassigned to the last link clicked.

What happens if I lose access to my Pro Affiliate Account?

You may apply for our Affiliate Team or you can reach out to re-apply for our Professional Affiliate Program. Any lost commissions will not be recovered and any customers that you had linked to your account will not be linked up manually. Your customers will need to click your link again to become linked to your account.

 

If a client forgets to use my link will I lose my commission?

Goldie Locks® is able to add missing commissions for past purchases that have taken place within the past 30 days. Any transaction that is over 30 days will not be qualified to receive a retro payment to their account.

What if my client returns a product after I received a commission?

In the event that a client returns a purchased product after you have been paid a commission, the paid commission will be deducted from your future commission payouts.

Can I still earn commissions if I am no longer able to retail products in the salon?

Absolutely!  While your revenue is substantially higher when you purchase wholesale and sell products to your clients, friends and family we understand that sometimes circumstances change and we’re here to support you as you navigate those changes.

Are there any restrictions on how I promote Goldie Locks® products?

Yes.  You must promote our products in a lawful and ethical way, following all applicable laws and avoiding deceptive or misleading practices.  Coupon stacking is also not allowed.
