Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate & Retail Policy

Welcome to Goldie Locks®. Our journey together is built on a shared commitment to excellence, integrity, and the elevation of our craft. The Pro Affiliate Program is an extension of this partnership, an invitation-only privilege designed to support and reward the talented stylists who believe in our mission. This policy outlines the principles that protect our collective community and the integrity of the Goldie Locks® brand.

 

1. Our Foundation: The Retail Integrity Agreement

 

This is the most crucial pillar of our partnership and is non-negotiable. To protect the premium experience and value of our brand for everyone, Goldie Locks® products may only be sold through the following approved channels:

• Your Physical Salon or Studio: The heart of your client experience.

• Your Personalized Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Link: Your unique digital storefront.

• Your Direct Salon or Professional Website: An approved extension of your physical business.

Selling, reselling, or distributing Goldie Locks® products on any third-party marketplace is strictly prohibited at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, or any other online marketplace, mobile app, or physical resale outlet.

Upholding this standard is essential. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your affiliate and wholesale accounts, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and any other actions necessary to protect our brand's integrity.

 

2. The Heart of the Program: An Invitation to Partnership

 

The Goldie Locks® Pro Affiliate Program is more than just a link; it's a testament to our belief in you. It was created to provide our professional community with the ability to serve their clients beyond the chair, ensuring you are rewarded when they shop directly with us. This program is designed to complement your in-salon retail success, not replace it.

Participation is a privilege extended to our active and valued wholesale partners. It is your responsibility to remain in good standing and to foster a positive representation of the Goldie Locks® community. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve, deny, or remove any affiliate from the program who does not align with our brand values or adhere to these policies.

 

3. The Rhythm of Rewards: Commissions & Payouts

 

We believe in celebrating your success consistently. Here’s how our commission process works:

• Monthly Payouts: Payouts for all approved, qualified commissions are processed once per month, typically within the first week of the month, for the prior month's activity.

• Qualified Commissions: A commission is considered "qualified" after it has cleared any potential fraud checks and the return period has passed.

• Returns & Adjustments: Our commitment is to real, tangible sales. If a customer returns a product for which you have already earned a commission, a corresponding deduction will be made from your subsequent commission payout. We strive to make this process transparent within your affiliate dashboard.

 

4. Your Responsibilities: Maintaining a Healthy Partnership

 

To ensure the vitality of this program for everyone, your active participation is key.

• Account Activity: The Pro Affiliate Program is for our active wholesale partners. Maintaining an active wholesale account, with purchasing activity, is required to keep your affiliate privileges. We review account activity periodically to ensure the program remains exclusive to our practicing professional community.

• Documentation for Payment: To receive your commissions, you must provide complete and accurate payment information, including any required tax documentation (such as a W-9) and banking details. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is current.

• Forfeiture of Commissions: If we do not have your complete and valid payment or tax documentation on file, any accrued commissions will be held for a period of ninety (90) days. After 90 days, if the required documentation has not been provided, you will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

 

5. Our Commitment to Evolve: Policy Updates

 

The world of beauty and business is always evolving, and so are we. Goldie Locks Ventures reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate any aspect of the Pro Affiliate Program at any time, at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, commission structures, eligibility requirements, and program policies.

It is your responsibility as a program participant to periodically review this policy for any updates. Your continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. All program activities fall under the legal entity of Goldie Locks Ventures.
