How do I submit the trade-in and receive my credit?
Simply log in to our portal and follow the easy instructions. You'll upload a photo of the traded-in product, and the credit will be applied to your account after review.
Is there a limit to how many trade-ins I can submit?
Eligibility is limited to one per person/salon.
What happens to the traded-in products?
As a business owner, it is your choice what you do with the trade in products; however, we would love to encourage new products to be donated to a local community women’s resource center.
