Updates: Important Information Regarding Payment Options

Effective December 27, 2023, we're making some changes to the Goldie Locks Professional Program payment options. We're committed to providing you with the best possible experience and streamlining our processes for optimal efficiency.

Here's what's changing:

  • Net 50 Day Terms Discontinuation: After careful consideration, we've decided to discontinue the Net 50 Day Terms payment option. This decision comes after a thorough evaluation of payment processes, to ensure sustainable practices and maintain a healthy business environment for all.
  • New Credit Card Checkout: Moving forward, effective December 27, 2023, all professional orders will be processed exclusively through traditional credit card checkout methods. This provides a secure and streamlined payment process for both you and Goldie Locks.

Important Dates and Information for Current Net 50 Users:

  • Final Payment Deadline: If you're currently utilizing Net 50 Day Terms, the final deadline for on-time payments is February 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM MST.
  • Late Payment Consequences: Payments not received by the deadline may be subject to late fees, interest, and formal collections procedures and charges including without limitation:
    • Delinquency Reporting: Late payments may be reported to credit bureaus, potentially adversely impacting your credit score.
    • Collections Agencies: Your outstanding balance may be referred to third-party collections agencies for recovery. This step generally results in accrual of additional fees and charges.
    • Lawsuit and Other Remedies: As necessary, Goldie Locks is prepared to pursue all remedies available in law and equity, including formal lawsuit(s) or other legal proceedings, to collect all outstanding balances, together with accrued interest, fees, charges and costs.

We encourage you to take action now to avoid any potential late payment consequences. Please:

  • Review your outstanding balance: If you have any outstanding payments on your account, please prioritize settling them before February 15, 2024.
  • Update your payment information: Ensure your credit card information on file is accurate and up-to-date.
